When you contact us through the Site's contact form or by email, we collect the information you choose to submit — typically your name, email address, firm name (if provided), and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the Site running reliably. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Client engagement information

If you become a client, we collect the information reasonably necessary to deliver our services and to bill for them, as described in our written agreement with you.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• To provide, maintain, and improve our consulting and software services;
• To process payments for services (see below);
• To operate and secure the Site;

Payments

Payments for our services are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). When you make a payment, your card and billing details are collected and processed directly by that provider under its own privacy policy and security standards. Irwinsoft does not store full payment card numbers.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate our business — for example, website hosting, form handling, email, and payment processing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are expected to protect it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with the service providers described above; (b) when required by law or to protect our legal rights; or (c) with your consent.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
